Having originally trained as a graphic designer in her native hometown of Dublin, Ireland, KATIE QUINN DAVIES moved to Sydney in 2009 and re-focused her career towards food photography.
Based in Sydney, in the past two years she has amassed a respectable client list including; Penguin Books, Murdoch books, ACP Magazines, News Magazines, Real Living Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, Food + Wine NYC, Fairfax Media, Tourism Victoria, Unilever and Sonoma Breads, to name but a few...
In her spare time, Katie writes an acclaimed and internationally recognised food photography blog; 'What Katie Ate' for which she develops, cooks, styles and shoots each recipe. With over 250,000 visitors per month, the success of this blog has led Katie to release her debut cookbook publication which is due out in October 2012.
