Adelaide-born Stylist Chloe Wilson fell in love with the creative art of storytelling via the pages of her favourite fashion magazines growing up. As a teen, she could often be found at the local library borrowing back issues of Vogue - the stunning and iconic fashion editorials serving as constant inspiration and confirming her desire to pursue a career in magazines.
But before she could break into the magazine world, she found herself on the pages themselves. Chloe got her first big break in the industry via the inaugural series of reality show Australia’s Next Top Model, where she came runner up. She was then signed by a modelling agency and packed her bags for Sydney to continue the modelling life.
After a number of years modelling, the travel bug hit and Chloe moved to the UK, which served as a handy base for her to travel the world. After 2 years of the wandering life, which included being flown to Istanbul to model for Turkish Harper’s Bazaar, Chloe moved back to Australia to embark on a new adventure in Melbourne.
Wanting a more hands-on creative role in the industry, Chloe studied a Visual Merchandising degree at RMIT and then got her start in the industry styling catalogues and e-commerce for brands such as Kmart, Sportsgirl, Trenery, and Peter Alexander. She continued styling full time in Melbourne for the next 6 years, before moving back to the city where it all started, Sydney.
Chloe set her sights on the advertising world in Sydney and has since styled campaigns for Amazon, Specsavers, CLE Cosmetics, Handpicked Wines, Sans Beast and Fluff Cosmetics to name a few. With a focus on still life styling, Chloe loves the challenge of finding the beauty in everyday objects, creating unique imagery that pushes the boundaries between art and advertising. She is always thinking of new creative ways to tell a story through her work and hopes that her images capture and inspire the imagination of the viewer.
